At the age of 9, I watched my parents grow their business from my childhood home’s basement into a multi-million dollar agency. I saw how one small business can change so many lives and at that moment I knew I was meant to become an entrepreneur. I dabbled in many different industries including music, TV, movies, tech, startups, apps, and more. What I soon came to realize is that my clients, friends, and family were all asking me for help with topics that I thought were common sense about business strategy and how to grow businesses.

At the age of 9, I watched my parents grow their business from my childhood home’s basement into a multi-million dollar agency. I saw how one small business can change so many lives and at that moment I knew I was meant to become an entrepreneur. I dabbled in many different industries including music, TV, movies, tech, startups, apps, and more. What I soon came to realize is that my clients, friends, and family were all asking me for help with topics that I thought were common sense about business strategy and how to grow businesses.
My Aha! Moment
The experience of watching my parents build a business from scratch took away the fear around building businesses and turned into all the confidence I needed to jump in and succeed (and sometimes fail). Those opportunities turned into my expertise.
In a world that didn’t always make sense to me, running and growing businesses did and still does! I had immersed myself in it so much that it became a habit, like brushing my teeth.
I decided to use my talent for good and my mission is to help ambitious executives & young professionals (especially women) by using creative problem solving and experience to navigate development in self-improvement, business, startups, leadership, and life.

Twice!
In January 2021 I sold my MedTech company (XceptionalED) to a San Francisco based company
And stayed on as an advisor
I am a St. Jude Children’s Hospital National Ambassador
And the PHX St. Jude Walk/Run Marketing Chair
I have a degree in Post-Production VFX
And I’ve worked on TV shows including Rescue Me and Lights Out
I directed and produced music videos and worked as a published music photographer.
I’ve worked with bands such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Yellowcard, Five Finger Death Punch, and many more.
Helping Others Find Their Strength
One of my favorite accomplishments is helping people overcome Impostor Syndrome. I realize that although I was successful, I wasn’t really thriving. I looked to my mentors and although I have learned some amazing things from them, they were all older white men! No wonder I was struggling. This realization led to years of Impostor Syndrome but it also led to years of experimenting and finding a foolproof plan to overcome it!
